Upcoming Sermon

What happens when fear starts speaking louder than what we know is true?

This Sunday, Pastor Mike continues After God's Heart with When Fear Speaks Louder from 1 Samuel 27–31.

David has spent years running from Saul. He's exhausted, afraid, and still waiting for God to fulfill His promise. Eventually, fear begins to shape his decisions more than what God has already said.

He finds temporary relief, but that relief leads to compromise. And before long, David finds himself in circumstances far more complicated than the ones he was trying to escape.

But even when David's faithfulness wavers, God's faithfulness does not.

When everything falls apart, David returns to the Lord, finds his strength in Him, and begins seeking His direction again.

Where has fear or exhaustion begun shaping what you believe about God? Are you looking for relief at the expense of faithfulness? And what might change if you allowed God's Word to speak louder than your circumstances?

Join us Sunday as we discover why fear may be loud, but God is always faithful.

Coming Up At Creekside

Pastoral Appreciation Month

We love our pastoral team, and this month we’re taking some time to celebrate and encourage the people who faithfully serve our Creekside family! There are three simple ways you can show your appreciation: pray for our pastoral team and their families; encourage them by stopping by the table in the lobby to write a note (bring your own card or use one provided); or help Fill the Fridge or Tank by donating grocery store or gas station gift cards. However you choose to participate, it’s a meaningful way to remind our pastoral team how loved and appreciated they are!
