Upcoming Sermon

If Jesus is really returning, how should that change the way we live today?

This Sunday, Pastor Mike closes our Steadfast series in 2 Peter 3:11–18.

Peter doesn’t end his letter by giving believers a timeline or asking them to simply hold on until Jesus comes. Instead, he asks a much more personal question: What kind of people should we be while we wait?

Live in light of His coming.
Guard what you know.
Keep growing in Jesus.

Our future is secure, so we don’t have to spend our lives chasing things that won’t last. We don’t have to be carried away by every persuasive voice around us. And we don’t have to settle for spiritual stagnation.

So does the way we’re living demonstrate that we really believe Jesus is coming? Are we becoming more like Him—or simply learning more about Him?

Because steadfastness isn’t standing still. It’s continuing to move toward Jesus until the day we see Him.

Join us this Sunday as we finish Steadfast and consider what it looks like to remain faithful to the end.
