Upcoming Sermon
What if true freedom isn’t found in demanding our rights…but in knowing our identity is already secure in Jesus?
This Sunday, we’ll continue our series through 1 Peter with a message called “Free to Honor” (1 Peter 2:13–3:7). Peter shows us what steadfast faith looks like in everyday life—when we respond to authority, when life feels unfair, and when relationships close to home test our character.
Because Jesus has given us a new identity, we don’t have to spend our lives protecting ourselves, proving our worth, or fighting for control. We are free to honor others with Christlike humility.
So where is Jesus inviting us to lay down a right, a preference, or an opinion so that His character can be seen more clearly through us?
The good news?
Our identity has already been settled by Jesus. And because we belong to Him, we are free to trust, obey, serve, and honor others—not because every situation is easy, but because Christ is our hope.
Join us this Sunday as we learn what it means to live as people who are truly free to honor.
